We are introducing Work Requests to the feature set of Observatorie. Allow clients (if service provider tools are enabled) or other employee to create requests for work.
As a service provider work requests can be created by anyone but must be approved by a client manager before they become visible to employees for attaching to work tickets. Attaching a work request to a work ticket allows for the tracking of all tickets associated with the work request. The time spent on work requests is automatically calculated using the associated work tickets.
When the service provider tools are not enabled work requests are approved by managers and administrators and are manually marked as complete.
If you find any errors or have any feedback please let us know by emailing us at [email protected] or provide feedback from the header of the web application. We appreciate any and all feedback you provide.
Thank You.

We have introduced the global automation library. This library is a collection of standard automation modules that can be used to create your automation devices. We have started with the CLX, SLC, CompactLogix, MicroLogix, PLC-5, Micro800 and Compact5000 modules of Allen Bradley and will continue to add to the library.
We also ask for your assistance in maintaing this library. If you are creating a module you feel that should be added to the global library there is a check box option that you can select to alert us and we will add it. Also if you find any errors or have any feedback please report them to [email protected] or provide feedback from the header of the web application. We appreciate any and all assistance you provide.
Thank You.
