Vendor
A Vendor is a goods or services provider, and is used to complete purchase orders.
Attributes
- Branch - Branch to which the vendor is allocated.
- Name - Vendor name.
- First Name - Contact first name.
- Last Name - Contact last name.
- Main Phone - Vendor main phone number .
- Direct Phone - Contact direct phone number.
- Cell Phone - Contact cell phone number.
- Email - Contact email address.
- Website - Vendor website.
- Address Line 1 - The address of the vendor.
- Address Line 2 - The address of the vendor.
- City - The city of the vendor.
- State/Province - The state or province of the vendor.
- ZIP/Postal Code - The zip or postal code of the vendor.
- Country - The country of the vendor.
- Account Number - Account number with vendor.
- Currency - Currency used by vendor.
- Account Limit - Account limit enforced by vendor.
- Preferred Shipper - Preferred shipper for vendor orders.
- Private Notes - Available for any notes related to the vendor. This field is only readable by managers and administrators and employees that have a 'Parts' trade.
- Active - Vendor is active. If inactive the vendor will be hidden from the list view.
