Service Agreement
A Service Agreement is a record of agreed rates to which the customer is charged. Service Agreements can be Branch specific allowing for variable rates based on the branch.
The service agreement rates take precedence over stardard labour rates when the ticket is processed.
Attributes
- Branch - Branch to which the service agreement applies, or company wide agreement.
- Customer - Customer to which the service agreement is apllied.
- Start Date - Starting date of the agreement.
- End Date - Ending date of the agreement.
- Material Markup - Markup rate applied to materials.
Labour rates can be added to the agreement by clicking the 'Add Rate' button. Doing so will display a list labour rates that can be added to the report. Additional rates can be added by clicking the 'Add Rate' button.
- Trade - Trade to which the rate is applied.
- Regular Rate - Charged rate for regular time.
- Overtime Rate - Charged rate for overtime time.
- Holiday Rate - Charged rate for holiday time.
- Regular Rate Pay - Employee payment rate for regular time.
- Overtime Rate Pay - Employee payment rate for overtime time.
- Holiday Rate Pay - Employee payment rate for holiday time.
